2. Booking Acceptance
All bookings are subject to availability, route confirmation, vehicle availability, and final acceptance by BT Cab Service. A booking is treated as confirmed only after we share confirmation through call, message, WhatsApp, or email.
3. Pricing and Payment
Fare estimates shared on the website, phone, WhatsApp, or email may be approximate unless specifically confirmed as final. Final pricing may vary based on trip type, distance, tolls, parking, state tax, waiting time, night charges, route changes, extra pickup or drop points, and other applicable travel costs.
Advance payment may be required for some bookings. Unless clearly stated otherwise, fares do not automatically include toll tax, parking, entry charges, driver allowance, or interstate taxes. Full or partial payment may be collected before, during, or after the trip as communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund decisions may depend on the trip type, notice period, season, vehicle blocking, and any advance payments already made to drivers or vendors. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations after dispatch may lead to partial or full cancellation charges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment mode or another suitable mode decided by BT Cab Service.
5. Delays and Service Changes
Pickup and drop timings are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, public restrictions, vehicle issues, force majeure events, or other operational reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, exact-time, or delay-free service in every situation.
We reserve the right to change the vehicle type, driver, or trip arrangement when reasonably necessary for safety, operational continuity, or service availability.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide correct booking details, including pickup point, drop location, timing, contact number, and luggage or passenger count details. You are responsible for checking that all details shared with us are accurate before trip confirmation.
Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff and must not carry illegal, dangerous, flammable, or prohibited items. We may refuse or stop service where passenger conduct creates a safety, legal, or operational issue.
7. Waiting, Extra Stops, and Route Changes
Any waiting time beyond the standard grace period, additional stops, route diversions, or change in itinerary may attract extra charges. These charges may be communicated before or during the ride depending on trip conditions.
8. Luggage and Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings at all times. BT Cab Service is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to belongings left in the vehicle or during the journey, except where required by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
In some cases, rides may be fulfilled through partner drivers, travel vendors, or affiliated transport providers. While we aim to work only with reliable service partners, certain parts of the travel service may be performed by third parties.
